What Is Included in the Genomind Test Kit

Every Genomind kit includes all materials necessary for accurate sample collection and proper documentation:

  • Requisition Form: For the prescribing clinician to complete and sign.
  • Informed Consent Form: For the patient (or legal representative) to review and sign.
  • Buccal Swab Kit: materials required to easily obtain a buccal sample for analysis.

  • Each patient receives a unique, encrypted identification code immediately upon test processing. This code is the only identifier provided to the laboratory, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

  • Test Results and
    Clinical Consultation

  • Test results are typically available within 1 to 3 weeks after the test kit has been delivered to and accepted by DAWA Genetics Laboratory. The final report is securely transmitted directly to the prescribing clinician or clinic. The patient is formally notified once the testing process is complete.

    A complimentary post-report consultation, performed by qualified clinical pharmacology specialists, is available to support the prescribing clinician in interpreting the test results.
